Romania is among the countries with the highest number of Turkish investors in the world. After Germany, the highest number of Turkish companies are located in this country. Data released by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also confirms this. According to the ministry's data, as of December 31, 2015, there were 14,396 Turkish-owned companies in Romania. This number is increasing every year. Turkish giants, from Fiba Holding to Doğuş Group, are also growing rapidly in Romania. Now, Anatolian capital is also added to these giants.
Tosmur Group, based in Adana, is one of them. Last week, the Adana-based company made one of the most important agricultural and food investments in Romania in recent years. This investment not only contributes to the food and agriculture sector but also has the potential to become one of the most significant foreign investments in Romania's industry.
