NutriGel© Omnia'nın NutriGel serisi, suya çözüldüğünde ısıtma gereksinimi olmaksızın son üründe viskozite, doku ve stabilite oluşturan soğuk suda çözünür (anında) nişastalar sunmaktadır. Bu nişastalar, özellikle soğuk suyla çözüldüklerinde, hızlıca etkili sonuçlar verir ve ürünün istenilen özellikleri kazanmasını sağlar.
Gıda endüstrisinde, modifiye nişastalar, nemi bağlamaya yardımcı olur ve ürünlerin viskozitesini artırır. Bu nedenle, genellikle fırıncılıkta kullanılır ve aynı zamanda soslar veya çorbalar gibi ürünlerde kıvam arttırıcı ve stabilizatör olarak işlev görür.
