Waxy Corn does not contain any amylose , making it unique in various areas.   • NUTRITEX 200: Distarch Phosphates (E1412) Our NUTRITEX 200 range is ideal for applications requiring stability under high temperatures and acidic conditions , providing superior thickening and binding properties.
  • NUTRITEX 400: Acetylated Distarch Phosphates (E1414) Our NUTRITEX 400 range is designed to withstand harsh processing conditions, offering excellent freeze-thaw stability and texture enhancement, providing the perfect consistency for frozen desserts, sauces etc.
